What payment methods do you accept?

What is the lead time for delivery?

For standard products, delivery is usually within 3–6 weeks after order confirmation, depending on stock and production schedules. For customized equipment, the lead time will be based on specific requirements and production planning.

Can I modify my order after confirmation, such as changing the quantity, model, or delivery date?

You can modify your order before the official Order Confirmation is sent. After confirmation, any changes will be assessed for feasibility and may incur additional costs.

How do I order customized equipment (special specifications/features/configurations)?

Please provide detailed requirements (e.g., weight range, rejection method, output interface, environmental conditions, etc.), and we will evaluate the feasibility. Once confirmed, we will provide a custom quote and expected delivery time.

How long does it take to receive a quote (RFQ)?

We typically respond within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. If your request is urgent, feel free to contact us directly by phone or through instant messaging to speed up the process.

Do you have any minimum order quantity limit for load cell?

Generally speaking, 1 piece for sample checking is available. But the sample price is high. In the mass production, unit price depends on the rough idea of Qty., the more the better.
