This summer, our engineering team successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a fully integrated Industrial Air Cargo Hydraulic Lift Weighing Platform for a major warehouse and air-cargo handling facility. The new system combines lifting, handling, and high-precision weighing into one streamlined platform, bringing a significant upgrade to the customer’s daily loading and logistics operations.
With the rapid expansion of air-cargo throughput, warehouses face increasing pressure to process heavier loads with greater speed and accuracy. Traditional manual lifting and separate weighing steps not only slow down operations but also increase safety risks. The customer required a solution that could lift, position, and weigh cargo in real time—all within a single, robust system.
Reinforced industrial-grade steel structure
Stable vertical lifting for palletized and irregular cargo
Designed for continuous, high-load warehouse operations
Built-in load cells and an industrial indicator
Real-time weight capture during lifting
Data is seamlessly transmitted to the customer’s warehouse management software
Eliminates the need for separate floor scales
Reduces handling time and improves overall cargo flow
Minimizes manual operations and enhances on-site safety
Ideal for ULD cargo, palletized shipments, heavy freight, and fast-moving warehouse tasks
Supports accurate loading verification and pre-flight cargo documentation
Since installation, the system has significantly improved on-site productivity, reduced operator workload, and elevated overall safety standards. The seamless integration of lifting and weighing has enabled the customer to process cargo with greater speed and accuracy—exactly what today’s air-cargo environment demands.
